How did Sphere Rocket VA begin?
Sphere Rocket VA was founded in 2020 by Justin Nelson, a seasoned professional in real estate and public speaking, with a vision to connect skilled workers in the Philippines with U.S. businesses in need of affordable and reliable virtual assistance. Starting with a mission to enhance business operations, Sphere Rocket VA rapidly expanded, now serving over 3,900 business owners with the support of more than 8,300 virtual assistants.
Under the leadership of Justin and Sheryn, CEO of Sphere Rocket VA's Philippine operations, the company has built a reputation for providing personalized, effective solutions while fostering strong relationships with its clients.

Tina Brooks, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience, launched her career at 21 by founding a custom furniture business, which she grew into a successful architectural woodworking company serving high-end clients. After selling the business, she transitioned into real estate, quickly ranking in the top 1% of agents in her market with the help of virtual assistants.

As one of Sphere Rocket’s first clients, Tina experienced the transformative impact of leveraging overseas talent to streamline operations and reclaim time. Inspired by this success, she founded Sphere VA's to empower small and medium-sized businesses with access to skilled virtual assistants, leveling the playing field with large corporations.
